Joe America is a character created and voiced by Carlito. He is primarily used during calls to the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. America is a representation of the stereotypical international view of unintelligent, belligerent and annoying Americans.
Joe states that he is a descendant of Jonah America whom he claims discovered North America sometime in the late 1800's. America is assumed to be a conservative Republican as he has made several statements in support of the War on Terror and the current extended military engagement in Iraq. Specifically, he believes the greatest threat to the world is the country of Iraq. Homosexual marriage and Vietnam are also on his short list of world threats.
Joe America also believes that U.S. president George W. Bush is some sort of prophet or perhaps an incarnation of Jesus Christ himself and demands that others refer to him as "President Bush, his name be praised". He also preaches American superiority in all fields of industry and morality and is a proponent of changing the name of planet Earth to "Planet America" or "America's Earth".
