Dr. Nargas

Flugencio R. Nargas, M.D. is a character created in 2007 and voiced by Carlito. He has appeared only once on the Madhouse show to date. The character voice is augmented with the use of voice changing software, creating a deeper and slower effect while retaining a Spanish accent.

Dr. Nargas claims to be a "bad doctor" who performs abortions. He has also performed a prostate exam on himself on the phone per the request of a prank victim.

The word nargas is the Spanish word for ass cheeks. The use of this name stems from Spanish prank calls Carlito made with his cousin Alex in the 1980's in Puerto Rico during his youth.
