The Crazy Fucker From California, also known as the Crazy Guy or CFC, is a former regular caller to the Madhouse Show. He made his first appearances during early 2006 and remained a weekly fixture on the show until his disappearance in early 2007. CFC returned to Madhouse Radio in late August of 2008 after a hiatus that lasted over a year.
Bio
Not much is known about CFC except for what can be pieced together during his on-air conversations with Carlito. He is a gentleman in his 50's from southern California. His political views border on anarchism and he consistently ranted against the Bush administration and the War in Iraq. He is also a proponent of typical government conspiracy beliefs regarding shadow governments, the Illuminati, extra-terrestrials and more.
CFC was identified by former co-host Andy as a frequent caller to Art Bell's Coast to Coast AM radio show during the 90's. Crazy Fucker confirmed this stating he would regularly call in to rile listeners up and enjoyed listening to others calling in with their reactions to his rants.
Crazy Fucker is a fan of Star Trek as evidenced when he was called on air and his answering machine message featured dialogue and sound effects from the original television series. He is a firm believer in intelligent extra-terrestrial life and the related conspiracies regarding their contact with the human race.
CFC claimed to have been incarcerated in the same cell block as controversial rap mogul Suge Knight during the star's violation of probation charges following the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur in 1997. Although he did not spend much time with Knight, CFC acknowledged he spoke with him on several occasions in San Quintin and that the two got along. CFC never directly explained what he was in prison for although he stated he was "in the wrong place at the wrong time" and eluded to some type of government conspiracy surrounding his conviction.
Crazy Fucker states that marijuana use should be considered a sacrament for inspirational purposes but not abused.
Musical Abilities
CFC has demonstrated musical abilities twice on the show.
He is featured in the bit Crazy Accordion in which he played an accordion while singing an anti-Bush (anti-establishment) song. He won Best Musical Performance of Season 2 for his efforts.
Crazy Fucker also once broke into an impromptu rap at the end of a call once and surprised many with his poetic skills. This was later edited into a track entitled CFC Rap by Earthdog.
Current Whereabouts
In early 2007 Crazy Fucker announced he would be hosting a 15 minute segment on the ZolarVision show. He had not been heard of since despite efforts to contact him until he called in to the Madhouse studios in August of 2008. He was subsequently connected to Zolar who was hosting his Friday night show live at the time and explained he had been "on the road" for about a year but was back in contact.
Return to the Show
As of August of 2008 Crazy Fucker has resumed calling in to the Madhouse Radio on a weekly basis bringing his own brand of political and social commentary to the listeners.
CFC Wine Cooler
On August 31st, 2006 Crazy Fucker gave out his recipe for an inexpensive wine cooler:
- 10% Wine (cheap brand purchased from the Dollar Store)
- 10% Grape juice
- 80% Ice cold water
